Cancellation or alteration to orders cannot be made once the order has been placed as we have an automated payment service. If you have made an error in your order, please call 1300 762 966 immediately. Once a gift has left our premises, cancellations will not be accepted. Whilst we take care in packaging and delivery, should an item be delivered damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. We will arrange collection of the item and once we have deemed it faulty, will send a replacement. My Gift Hamper accepts no responsibility for items once they have been delivered. For example, if we are instructed to leave a parcel at a front or back door, we cannot accept liability for any items which have been lost, stolen or damaged. |
